E. F. (Buddy) Hucks, MAI, SRA, is a Certified Geneal Appraiser in both South and North Carolina.
He received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Francis Marion
University in 1981. He has been appraising real estate in the Grand Strand area since 1986.

James McNeill, is a member of the Appraisal Institute, MAI, & SRA. He has has a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University. He holds appraisal licenses in both North and South Carolina, and has been a property appraiser for over 35 years.

Brant Branham, Certified General, has a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of South Carolina. He has been active in the real estate industry since 1985, and is a general associate member of the Appraisal Institute.

David Curry, Certified General Appraiser, has been active in the appraisal industry since 1997.
He is a general Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.

Amit Patel, Certified General Appraiser has a BS degree in Real Estate and Finance from the
University of South Carolina. He is a general Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.

Craig Sturgill, has a Bachelor degree from Kent State University, majoring in Real Estate Technology. He holds Certified General appraisal licenses in both Ohio and South Carolina.
